Motorcycle Brake Rotors
GBrakes® has over 70 years of accumulated brake knowledge and expertise. We offer a variety of Cryo-Tech® treated round and Wave® rotors for optimal performance and braking power for VTWIN, Sport/Street,; Dirt/Dual sport bikes enthusiasts. Ask us about our VTWIN custom rotors, ideal for unique bike builds like Harley-Davidson® , Indian® , Honda® , Yamaha® , Suzuki® , Kawasaki® , Ducati® , KTM®, and projects that require that special added touch of personalization and upgrade in performance. Each are engineered in the USA, and manufactured in Europe.
Gbrakes® carries performance-grade motorcycle brake rotors built for real braking demands. These are selected for material, design, and heat management. We’ve got clearly labeled line ends so you know exactly where each hose mounts, no guessing, no mix-ups. Proudly made in the USA.
Yours may look fine until they pulse, or disappear under heavy braking. Our replacement brake rotors are vetted against high standards: thermal stability, material integrity, and performance endurance.
Material Quality
We use 420 high carbon virgin stainless steel
This steel maintains a high degree of hardness and possesses good corrosion resistance, grinding properties, and moderate tensile strength and wear resistance.
Durability
Heat treated application
Heat treated ensures hardness while preserving the right amount of flex, preventing cracking over longer periods of time.
Precision
Laser-cut, never stamped
Laser cutting is non-contact, precise, and accurate. When the surface of the steel is stamped, it bends the material, leaving a memory imprint that increases the probability of warping under high heat and performance conditions.
Symmetry
Parallel double disc grinding process
Double disc grinding is a special method employed that simultaneously grinds two sides of the rotor with a focus on achieving ideal flatness and parallelism for a tight tolerance surface finish.
Technology
We apply a special Cryo-Tech™ treatment to our rotors
Cryo-Tech® Treatment is a specialized process our laser-cut stainless-steel rotors undergo to enhance their quality and lifespan. During this process, the rotors are cooled to approximately -300°C, which helps transform retained austenite in the steel into martensite – a significantly harder and more stable phase. This structural transformation increases the rotor’s hardness, resulting in improved durability, wear resistance, and long-term performance.
Tech Support

Our technical experts are available via phone, email, or chat.
Warranty
Rotors come with a 6-month limited warranty (proof of purchase required)
All warranty products are individually inspected in-house by one of our experienced and qualified technicians and inspected within 24 hours of receiving the package.
All warranty issues are handled directly through GBrakes®, regardless of what distributor you purchased from.
Pioneering
GBrakes® coined the industry-wide recognized term Wave® as a style of rotor and owns the mark
Wave® references a rotor design known for lightweight performance, the ability to run cooler, and improved heat dissipation with less fade for performance enhancement. If it claims Wave but is not GBrakes®, it’s not a Wave® rotor.
The Science Behind GBrakes Wave Rotors
GBrakes® revolutionized braking performance with its patented Wave® rotor design, a hallmark of precision and innovation. Each 420 stainless steel rotor features a unique wave-shaped edge that enhances airflow and heat dissipation, delivering cooler, more consistent braking under extreme conditions.
Unlike conventional round rotors, the Wave® profile reduces unsprung weight, sheds debris efficiently, and maintains a cleaner pad surface for maximum bite. Trusted by riders across sport, touring, and off-road applications, GBrakes Wave® Rotors set the benchmark for lightweight, high-performance braking with distinctive style and engineering built for total control.
Signs You Need New Rotors
- Pulsation under braking = likely warped disc
- Blue or dark discoloration = heat-soaked rotor
- Cracks or surface scoring = replace now
- Rotor surface uneven = affecting pad contact
